  • How large is your venue space?

    Our venue provides up to 20,000 square feet of event space, including various ballrooms, banquet rooms, and meeting areas to accommodate different event sizes and needs.
  • Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

    Rock Garden is fully compliant with ADA standards, offering accessible entrances, restrooms, and seating areas for all guests.
  • What is the maximum guest capacity at Rock Garden?

    Our venue can accommodate up to 500 guests for seated receptions and up to 700 guests for cocktail-style events, ensuring ample space for your celebration.
  • What size of groups can you accommodate?

    We can accommodate events of any size, from a small gathering of eight guests to as many as 700, with options in between.
  • Can we bring in our own vendors?

    You are welcome to bring in your preferred vendors, including photographers, and DJs, as long as they adhere to our venue guidelines. We also offer a list of recommended vendors if needed.
  • Is there on-site parking available for guests?

    We provide complimentary on-site parking for all guests, including designated accessible parking spaces near the venue entrance.
  • Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens?

    Our rental package includes tables, chairs, and standard linens. We also offer upgraded linen options and additional décor for an extra fee.
  • Is there a bridal suite or grooms room available?

    Comfort Suites has 115 rooms, and bridal suites are available for the day of the event.
